If you wish to return
merchandise you must request a
Return Merchandise Authorization
We do not offer a satisfaction guarantees or refunds at this time, only
replacement of defective items. All sales are final. Please follow the
guidelines and we will help you return items fast and efficiently. However,
due to the nature of the business of replacement parts, you must act
promptly to avoid losing the option of getting a replacement or refund.
Dead on Arrival (DOA),
Items Incorrectly Shipped (IIS) and items that you wish to return for any
other reason must be reported within 10 days from receiving the item to get
a replacement. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number with in the 10
days period or you will not be able to get a refund if items were
incorrectly shipped.
We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness
before issuing an exchange.
All items must be 100% complete, original packaging, including all warranty
cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, original labels and UPC
codes on manufacture boxes to be accepted for RMA. Incomplete returns will
result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly
a refusal of your return.

Shipments that are refused without
authorization, or that are returned to us because the address is
invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is
greater) plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Any items defaced, physically damaged,
non-functional due to user error or virus will not be replaced.

Any returns with out a Valid RMA Number
will not be replaced.

Any item after 10 days after an RMA
number has been issued.
Customer is responsible for
all shipping charges on return items. All related fees (shipping and return
shipping fees) are non-refundable for all items. If we send you an incorrect
item or the item is defective and you wish to get a replacement we will ship
the item back to you via USPS First Class Service at our expense.
Allow up to 20 business
days for all exchanges to be processed. If Extraordinary Buyers does
not manufacturer the product then there is only a 90 day period where the
customer can ship the item back to get replaced. All other warranty
claims will have to handled with the manufacturer of the device in question.
All products are covered by
Extraordinary Buyer's warranty against defects.
If an item proves to be defective, use the
Return Merchandise Authorization Link
to have the product repaired or replaced. All of our products are covered by
a 90-Day Extraordinary Buyer's warranty, unless otherwise stated on the
product page.
Defective products can only
be exchanged for the same identical part number/ item.
Regardless of the brand, products will be covered exclusively by
Extraordinary Buyer's stated warranty.
